Guarding a vacant property full time, may not be affordable or necessary. Crown Security Services provide an empty property inspection service to meet your needs. For example, we’ll take into account a number of criteria, including the insurance requirements, your requirements and the recommendations from our initial risk assessment.

Our inspections are carried out by our SIA licensed staff, who attend site in fully liveried vehicles. Property checks can be carried out on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending upon how frequently you wish us to do them.

Each inspection involves a comprehensive site review as specified by you. This can include inspections of the site perimeter, external buildings, internal buildings and services. We will also carry out meter readings if you would like us to. Crown Security Services then reviews the inspection report and will immediately inform you of anything requiring attention.
