Security Control Rooms form the hub of a site's security, continuously receiving information from a range of security staff and systems.

Crown Security Services has its own in-house 24 hour control centre. This customer focused designed centre provides monitoring of our Security Officers and customers premises complete with provision of an audit trail for our clients.

Our Control Centre is in constant contact with our clients, management team and security professionals on the frontline. This central support enables us to respond with speed and intelligence to any situation.

Our Duty Controllers carry out regular welfare telephone calls to Officers through out their shift. The centre is responsible for despatching our Fast Response Teams to alerts from Alarm Receiving Centres.

Routine remote CCTV surveillance and response to camera's is also carried out from the centre triggering despatch of a Fast Response Team or visual verification enabling us to alert the Police or other emergency services as needed. Each Controller on duty is trained in dealing with emergencies in a professional, efficient yet personable manner.

It is our purpose to deal with any situation that arises from start to finish and report all findings as well as liaise with all parties concerned from clients, monitoring companies to authorities such as the Police.
