Crown Security aims to consistently maintain the highest possible levels of client satisfaction through excellent service. We have a series of quality initiatives designed to promote this strategy, including pre agreed Key Performance Indicators, and continually monitored Service Level Agreements, each specifically tailored to meet the needs of every individual client.
Performance Monitoring
At Crown Security we believe that our success at winning new business and retaining existing contracts is due to the quality of our frontline personnel. All officers are continually assessed by our supervisory and management team to ensure high standards are maintained, a detailed record of performance standards and achievements is prepared for all new employees and updated throughout their service with us.
